Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned Russian or Tagalog-speaking market, focusing on strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute targeted business development plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of the Russian or Tagalog-speaking audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.) to ensure alignment and support business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in the Russian or Tagalog-speaking market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Possesses at least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, specifically within the Russian or Tagalog-speaking market.
- Demonstrates fluency in Russian or Tagalog and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of the business development lifecycle, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Possesses a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals in the target market.
