Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our Hospitality Division. This role is centered around promoting and expanding our water and energy-saving solutions across the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors within the GCC region. Your key mission will be to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, manage accounts effectively, and support the company’s growth strategy. Passion for sustainability and strong communication skills are essential.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the GCC region. • Generate leads and maintain strong, lasting client relationships. • Develop strategic plans to expand the company’s reach and market presence. • Engage effectively with Engineering, Technical, and Procurement teams. • Monitor market trends and identify product expansion opportunities. • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely client communication. • Travel within the GCC as required for business development. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation within the Hospitality & Healthcare sectors in the GCC. • Strong capabilities in Account Management and Business Development. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strategic mindset with the ability to spot growth opportunities. • Proficient in market research and CRM tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • Experience in wellness, health, or eco-friendly product industries is a strong advantage. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic is highly considered. • Must hold a valid UAE Driving License and own a car. • Willingness to travel within the GCC will be considered during shortlisting. ________________________________________ About blu Intelligent Health Solutions blu Intelligent Health Solutions is a leading provider of eco-friendly, hi-tech wellness and health products designed to improve air and shower water quality.
