Job Description

• After successful 2024, looking for Business Head to join the team in Dubai.
• Drive business development initiatives for Microsoft Business Applications across the UAE, and working closely with Microsoft and strategic partners to identify and pursue joint opportunities.
• Manage key client engagements, ensuring strong relationships and consistent account growth through effective communication and service delivery.
• Develop and implement regional growth strategies, and represent the company at industry events and forums to strengthen market presence and brand visibility.

Key Candidate Criteria

• Ideally +10 years of relevant experience in Business development, preferably focused on Microsoft Dynamics, Cloud Solutions, or Enterprise IT solutions.
• Full knowledge of Microsoft solutions such as D365, Office 365, or Azure and any relevant industry verticals.
• Must have existing network of enterprise clients and industry partner in the UAE Market.
• Proven track record of driving successful multimillion-dollar sales deals.
• Can speak fluent English.
