Business Development Manager Crypto

The role will include:

• Identify and qualify prospects across financial institutions, digital banks, family offices, and HNW networks
• Drive deal closure and exceed monthly revenue and volume targets
• Build and manage a pipeline across key client segments
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to execute campaigns, events, and referral strategies
• Guide clients through onboarding in coordination with compliance and operations
• Stay ahead of regional crypto trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates

You will have:

• 5+ years of sales experience in crypto, fintech, capital markets, or financial services
• Proven track record of hunting, building pipeline, and closing deals independently
• Deep understanding of crypto infrastructure and investor segments
• Experience selling to institutions, fintechs, or HNWIs is a strong plus
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset with CRM discipline and attention to detail
