Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of the aftermarket growth strategy across the entire EMA sector, coordinated with Flowserve's service portfolio (repairs, spare parts, LTSA, digital services, reliability programs).
- Drive the development of new business areas with end users, sales partners and industrial customers.
- Funding programs such as Asset Care, Performance Partner and reliability-based service concepts.
- Collaboration with regional sales teams to pursue opportunities between business units.
- Conducting market analyses, competitor analyses, mapping of the installed base and growth segmentation.
- Building long-term customer relationships that focus on value, life cycle performance, and reliability.
- QRCs support by creating funnels, supporting offers, and coordinating regional service campaigns.
- Lead service contract development, pricing logic, positioning, and customer negotiation.
- Development of business cases, financial models and ROI analyses for service opportunities.
- Present service capabilities and offerings at customer workshops, audits, and industry events.
- Coordination with operations, finance, product management and supply chain to ensure commercial readiness.
- Development of commercial proposals and multi-year partnership agreements.
- Track KPIs: revenue growth, margin, contract penetration, and customer retention.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in industrial sales, aftermarket service or business development.
- Solid knowledge of valves, flow control systems and industrial service environments.
- Experience with service contracts, LTSA models, or reliability-based service portfolios.
- Proven track record in building customer relationships and increasing revenue.
- Ability to create business cases, financial plans and market analyses.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across EMA (~50%).
- Experience with Flowserve or other industrial OEMs.
- Knowledge of digital service models (predictive analysis, remote diagnostics).
- Experience in working with regional sales organizations, QRC workshops and field service teams.
- Multilingual communication skills in English are required; German is an advantage.
- Customer-oriented thinking and the ability to build relationships.
- Strategic commercial thinking combined with strong analytical skills.
- Teamwork and cross-functional influence.
- Results-oriented, disciplined execution.
- Strong cultural awareness throughout the EMA.
