Job Description

We are seeking a UAE National Business Development Manager to lead growth of our facilities and faculty/campus management services across the Northern Emirates & Western Region (Abu Dhabi ,Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ). The successful candidate will bring strong FM sales experience, client networks, and a valid UAE driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development and secure FM contracts across commercial, educational, and government sectors.
• Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and commercial bids.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with operations for service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
• Meet revenue targets and provide timely reports on sales pipeline and market insights.

Requirements

• UAE National (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years’ experience in Business Development within Facilities Management or Campus/Faculty services.
• Strong knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, AMC, and tendering processes.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Northern Emirates market.
