Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Facilities Management (FM), MEP, and Technical Services, with a proven ability to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with deep market knowledge of the UAE FM sector and a strong network within real estate, corporate, and hospitality industries.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facilities Management and Technical Services across Dubai and the wider UAE.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and developers.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and bids for FM and technical contracts. Work closely with the operations team to ensure client needs are fully understood and proposals are technically sound.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
Manage the end-to-end business development process — from lead generation to contract closure. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development within the FM or MEP/technical services sector in the UAE.
Strong understanding of integrated FM solutions, hard and soft services, and technical maintenance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
