Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities for the company, including buildings, villas, units, and compounds.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and potential partners.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand the company s portfolio.
- Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and property management.

- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving results.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
