Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by achieving agreed sales and business development targets

  • Develop and implement a strategic market plan focused on expanding presence within the UAE banking and financial services sector
  • Own the complete sales process, including prospecting, client engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, decision makers, and leadership teams across financial institutions
  • Support the preparation of tailored proposals, presentations, and bid documentation for prospective clients
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, including solution implementation and ongoing support or maintenance services
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity, client records, and engagement history within CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to strengthen market positioning
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships with regional and international partners to expand market reach

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within banking technology, fintech, or payment solutions

  • Strong network and established relationships within the UAE banking and financial services industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles
  • Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives and senior management
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of banking operations, payment ecosystems, and financial technology solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Professional fluency in English
