Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development executives and consultants.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
- Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
- Monitor performance metrics, sales pipelines, and prepare regular progress reports for management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client advisory, with at least 6 8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience within the business setup, big 4 companies, wealth management, private equity, investment, mergers and acquisitions services industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently exceed sales goals.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE company formation processes (mainland and freezone) is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Native English speakers preferred
