Job Title: Business Development Manager – UAE Region Location: Work from Office (UAE) Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition in the UAE region for our staffing and recruitment services. The role requires strong market knowledge, proven expertise in business development within the HR/Staffing industry, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and acquire new clients across the UAE region for staffing and recruitment services. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and map competition. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients. Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and service offerings to potential clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements aligned with company policies. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client engagement records in CRM tools. Represent the organization at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred). 5–8 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition in the Staffing/Recruitment industry (UAE market experience is a must). Strong understanding of staffing models (C2H, Permanent, Contracting, etc.). Established client network and ability to generate new business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms. Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 5–8 years in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition within the Staffing & Recruitment industry (UAE market experience is mandatory). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of staffing models including Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and vendor management practices. Network: Pre-existing network of HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers in the UAE market, with a proven track record of generating business. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to pitch services effectively and close deals. Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / HR / related fields (MBA preferred). Tools: Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and business communication platforms. Other Qualities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment. Strong relationship-building and client retention skills. Flexible to travel for client meetings and industry networking events within the UAE.
