Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
· Develop and execute territory plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
· Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and procurement stakeholders
· Lead and mentor a small team of BDEs, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance
· Collaborate with Operations, finance, and HSE teams to ensure smooth onboarding
· Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
· 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fuel, logistics, or related sectors
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Experience managing or mentoring a small team
· Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
