Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Manager specializing in documentation clearing, PRO services, and company formation processes in the UAE. The ideal candidate will manage end‑to‑end business setup activities, ensure smooth government transactions, and oversee all documentation requirements for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of business setup services including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation.

  • Handle all documentation clearing, submissions, renewals, and approvals with UAE government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Municipality, etc.).

  • Oversee and execute PRO services such as visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, license renewals, and cancellations.

  • Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Maintain strong relationships with government departments and service centers.

  • Track and manage timelines for all applications, renewals, and approvals.

  • Provide clients with updates, guidance, and professional support throughout the setup process.

  • Ensure all documentation is filed, recorded, and maintained properly.

  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Train and supervise junior staff involved in documentation and PRO tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup, documentation clearing, or PRO services.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures, portals, and regulations (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and client‑handling skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and government online systems.

  • Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
