The Role
We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts to onboard real estate agents and agencies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by leveraging your existing relationships and deep understanding of the PropTech landscape in Dubai.

What You ll Do

  • Identify and engage real estate brokerages that can benefit from our solutions
  • Leverage your existing network to set up meetings and product demos
  • Present and pitch our services to decision-makers with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborate with the founder to refine sales strategy and go-to-market approach
  • Provide feedback from the field to help shape product development and client success

  • Proven experience working in a PropTech company in Dubai
  • A strong network of real estate brokerages and industry contacts
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate ecosystem and brokerage workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
