Business Development Manager at Zillionaire Commercial Brokers LLC

Role Summary:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a critical role in driving growth for Zillionaire Commercial Brokers LLC by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and implementing strategies to expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize offerings and promote innovative trading solutions.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategies.

Represent Zillionaire Commercial Brokers LLC at industry events and networking opportunities.

Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.


Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in financial services, trading, or brokerage firms.

Strong understanding of CFD trading and financial markets is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Dubai, UAE


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic insight.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in a competitive industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
