Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across IT services, construction/contracting, and hospitality sectors within the UAE.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, developers, consultants, hotel operators, project managers, and procurement teams.
Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions—technology, project-based, or service-led—aligned with client goals and budgets.
Develop and execute sector-specific business development strategies focused on revenue growth, market penetration, and long-term partnerships.
Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closures while ensuring commercial viability and compliance.
Collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to support campaigns, proposals, bids, and go-to-market initiatives.
Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums across the UAE.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM and analytics tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience within IT services, construction, or hospitality, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Strong understanding of relationship-driven selling and multi-sector client engagement in the UAE market.
Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred for local client and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a polished, professional presence.
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to manage pipelines and optimize performance.
Self-driven, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
