Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Acquisition & Growth
Identify, engage, and onboard new IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners to expand TMGM s regional footprint.
- Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
- Commercial Negotiation
Structure and negotiate competitive commission models (IB rebates) aligned with business objectives. - Revenue Generation
Drive trading volume, net deposits, and client acquisition through your existing network and ongoing partner development. - Partner Enablement
Support partners with marketing materials, training, and strategic guidance to maximise performance. - Performance Monitoring
Track partner performance (volume, deposits, activity), providing insights and optimisation strategies. - Market Awareness
Stay up to date with competitor activity, regional trends, and regulatory developments across the UAE/MENA region. - Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to execute growth initiatives effectively. - Compliance & Risk
Ensure all partner activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
