Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, and hospitality partners.
Drive B2C sales by engaging directly with customers and ensuring premium service delivery.
Expand B2B partnerships to increase corporate bookings and long-term rental contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development.
Maintain strong product knowledge of the luxury car fleet and market trends.
Handle inquiries, negotiate deals, and prepare proposals/contracts.
Represent Uptown Rent a Car at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track progress and optimize sales strategies.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for international engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing business opportunities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being comfortable with independent decision-making.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to navigate diverse business environments and build relationships across borders.
