Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for outsourced manpower services in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new clients and secure outsourced manpower projects
Conduct meetings with company HR and management teams
Negotiate manpower supply contracts and service agreements
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for manpower deployment
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in manpower outsourcing or recruitment business development
Good knowledge of the Saudi market
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to achieve business targets
English required (Arabic preferred)
