Roles & Responsibilities

Identifying and developing new business opportunities within target accounts

  • Outbound prospecting via calls, LinkedIn, and email
  • Engaging, qualifying, and nurturing leads into sales-ready opportunities
  • Researching accounts and key decision-makers to drive pipeline growth
  • Managing and updating CRM (HubSpot preferred)
  • Working closely with Account Executives to support the sales cycle
  • Consistently achieving outreach and opportunity targets

What we re looking for:

  • 1 2 years experience in sales / business development / SDR
  • Experience with outbound prospecting / cold calling
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence
  • Resilient, proactive, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle objections and manage conversations effectively
  • Exposure to SaaS sales
  • Understanding of rewards, incentives, or gift card industries
