Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- open new clients
- proposal responsibility
- prepare business plan/ continuity plan
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with project managers and the marketing team to develop proposals and presentations.
- Attend events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare and manage budgets for business development initiatives.
- Analyze project requirements and work with the technical team to create tailored solutions.
- Monitor and report on business development progress and performance metrics.
- Assist in the development of strategic plans to enhance market presence and profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum [7] years of experience in business development or sales, some of that within the construction industry and in KSA market.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, and project management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent speaking English language
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and ERP system.
