Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage BU operations, including Sales, Engineering, and Project staff.
  • Develop business strategies, budgets, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients: utilities, telecoms, EPCs, and government entities.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution from design through fabrication to delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant international and regional standards (ISO, ASHRAE, DEWA, ADDC, TAQA, ADNOC).
  • Monitor market opportunities and expand the BU’s market presence.
  • Manage financial performance and profitability of the business unit.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in shelters, modular buildings, or data centers.
  • Proven leadership and P&L management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, power distribution, and fire safety systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
