Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the facility management sector. The role involves developing relationships with potential clients and promoting the company’s services including services (cleaning, security, landscaping) and (MEP maintenance, HVAC, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facility management sector (commercial, residential, industrial, or government sectors).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal to ensure alignment on service delivery and contract terms.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience – more than 3 years
- Age - 30 and above
- Language – English and others
- Work Days – Mon to Friday
- Work Timings – 9 to 6 ( depending on the operational requirement )
- Visa – company will provide
- Benefits –Annual Ticket & health insurance
