We are looking for energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs / SDRs) to generate and nurture sales leads for our SaaS-based email and information services.
Working on a hybrid basis from our incredible office in the Middle East, and closely with Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams, you will develop new business leads by a mix of warm and cold calling, targeting our regional market.
Were looking to speak with motivated high performers who are ambitious and looking to use their business development skills in a hyper-growth environment.
What You ll Do
- Prospect utilizing our advanced tools to generate leads
- Work collaboratively with your Sales Representative to create pipeline
- Develop knowledge about Cybersecurity and our value proposition
- Hit or exceed monthly meeting targets
- Fluent English; proficiency in Arabic is a bonus
- Previous experience in a tech sales-related role (1-2 years)
- Strategic mindset with the ability to research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and position opportunities for sales engagement
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals in target-driven, high-growth environments
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and SaaS, with a desire to grow technical and market knowledge
- Strong communication skills, able to uncover prospect needs and articulate business value
- Structured, curious, and proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-disciplined with excellent time management skills
- Proficient with modern business tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
