Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To lead the identification, pursuit, and closure of high-value cybersecurity opportunities, shaping market strategy and partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth for Cyberani s Strategy Business Line.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Conduct in depth market research to identify emerging cybersecurity trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain a 3 year strategic growth roadmap for the Strategy Business Line.
  • Define target segments, value propositions, and go to market strategies.

Business Development & Deal Generation

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.

Build and manage a robust pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Partnership & Alliance Management

Establish and nurture strategic alliances with technology vendors, system integrators, and industry associations.

Co create joint offerings and go to market initiatives that expand Cyberani s service portfolio.

Solution & Offering Development

Collaborate with the Services, Engineering, and Product teams to shape new cybersecurity solutions that meet market demand.

Translate customer requirements into compelling proposals and service bundles.

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

Present business cases, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership and the Board.

Provide regular updates on pipeline health, win/loss analysis, and market feedback.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

Lead a high performing business development team (BD executives, analysts).

Coach and develop team members on sales methodologies, negotiation tactics, and industry knowledge

Financial & Performance Management

Own P&L responsibility for the Strategy Business Line s growth initiatives.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, win rate, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost.

Compliance & Risk

Ensure all business development activities comply with internal policies, Saudi cybersecurity regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
