Key Responsibilities

* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess emerging retail markets.
* Develop and implement an expansion strategy for new hypermarket and supermarket locations.
* Oversee site acquisition, lease negotiations, and property evaluation for new store openings.
* Lead cross-functional project teams including construction, legal, and marketing to ensure smooth delivery.
* Manage expansion project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful rollouts.
* Monitor and report on the financial performance of new and existing stores to optimize profitability.
* Build and maintain relationships with landlords, real estate developers, and government entities.
* Present data-driven insights and ROI analyses to senior management to support business decisions.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, expansion, or retail real estate within hypermarket or supermarket chains.
* Proven track record in managing multiple large-scale retail projects.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in financial analysis, strategic planning, and budget control.
* Deep understanding of the UAE retail landscape and market dynamics.
