The question is: will you be part of what s next?The Main Event: What You ll Drive, Build, and OwnTalent Acquisition: Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales positions, source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensure a positive and professional experience, and keep them informed about the hiring process, company culture, and career opportunities.Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, track candidate status, provide timely reports to stakeholders, and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at HuspyFluency in Arabic and English 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with on cross-functional rolesProven experience of hiring for the high-volume rolesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools like LinkedIn RecruiterProven success in recruiting for startup environments is highly desirable
