Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Specialist with strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling trade license setup, visa packages, corporate documentation, and business registration support from start to finish.

Filipino candidates are preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete Trade License Setup for Mainland & Free Zone companies

  • Handle company formation procedures including name reservation, initial approval, and MOA drafting

  • Process Investor / Partner Visa Packages (medical, Emirates ID, immigration steps)

  • Provide Business Registration Support and ensure compliance with UAE regulations

  • Assist clients with Office & Virtual Office Solutions

  • Prepare, review, and manage all Corporate Documentation (applications, agreements, attestations, renewals)

  • Coordinate with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones, Municipality, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate records, timelines, and follow‑ups

  • Advise clients on the best company structure based on their business needs

  • Ensure smooth and professional client experience throughout the process

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in UAE business setup services

  • Strong knowledge of Mainland & Free Zone procedures

  • Experience with trade licenses, visas, and corporate documentation

  • Familiarity with UAE government portals (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Free Zones)

  • Excellent communication and client‑handling skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

  • Presentable, professional, and customer‑focused

  • Filipinos preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience handling corporate or high‑profile clients

  • Strong follow‑up and negotiation abilities
