Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Engineering & Technologies in Dubai is hiring a Business Transformation Manager to lead customer-centric process re-engineering and drive digitization across business units. This role requires strong expertise in process automation, business transformation, and customer experience optimization, ensuring that Al-Futtaim continues to deliver operational excellence across its regional operations.
Core Duties
* Implement supply chain optimization by predicting material demand, managing inventory levels, and forecasting procurement cycles
* Standardize project-level and P&L cost categories, ensuring accurate booking of budgets and costs across labor, subcontracting, and materials
* Drive automation of manual processes such as QC checks, procurement approvals, and cost sheet approvals using RPA and existing tools
* Conduct bid vs did analysis to identify overspends, delays, and root causes of inefficiencies
* Create and update master item lists in SAP with integration into estimation tools
* Track and analyze customer lifetime value, revenue retention, and lost revenue from expired contracts
* Quantify renewals, referrals, and overall customer profitability to support customer loyalty initiatives
* Conduct market research to benchmark business units against industry standards
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor s degree or higher in business, operations, or customer experience
* At least 10 years of experience in business transformation, process re-engineering, or customer experience management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to simplify complex business requirements
* Proven expertise in data and analytics, including slice-and-dice and drill-down methodologies
* Familiarity with NPS programs and CRM/financial data systems
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
* Strong skills in trend analysis, business intelligence, and reporting tools
