Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The CAFM Administrator maintains and optimizes the CAFM system, supporting asset management, work orders, PPM planning, and reporting to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the facilities function.
Maintain, update, and administer the CAFM system to ensure accurate and reliable data. Oversee work order management and preventive maintenance (PPM) scheduling within the system. Support asset management processes, including data updates, audits, and lifecycle tracking. Generate reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and operational improvements. Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for CAFM-related issues. Collaborate with facilities, maintenance, and IT teams to optimize workflows and system performance. Ensure data integrity through regular validation, audits, and updates. Assist in maintaining digital floor plans, documentation, and system-related records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience in a related field. 2+ years of experience working with CAFM, CMMS, or similar facility management systems. Experience supporting facilities, maintenance, or asset management operations. Technical Skills Proficiency with CAFM, CMMS, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of asset management, work order processes, and preventive maintenance planning. Ability to manage databases, perform data entry/audits, and generate accurate reports. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Analytical & Organizational Skills Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy. Good problem-solving skills for identifying system or workflow issues. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with CAD is an advantage.
