Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer transactions, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision and efficiency.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including cash register, counter, and surrounding area to ensure smooth operations.
- Restock and organize merchandise on shelves and in displays, ensuring products are easily accessible and visually appealing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is essential.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
