Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare dough precisely, ensuring the right consistency and texture for perfect chapati.
• Master the art of rolling chapati, achieving uniform thickness and size for consistent cooking.
• Cook chapati expertly on a hot griddle or tawa, monitoring for the ideal puff and browning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

• Basic food handling and safety certification, demonstrating awareness of hygiene standards.

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment.

• Familiarity with Indian cuisine and the nuances of chapati making.
