Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes from scratch, using seasonal ingredients to create innovative and flavorful meals using restaurant recipes.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and adjust recipes based on customer feedback and dietary restrictions.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked and organized.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrate solid foundation in cooking techniques. Culinary degree or equivalent experience would be an advantage.
At least 2-5 years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Food safety certification, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Experience working with diverse cuisines, showcasing adaptability and creativity in menu development.
