Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, including VAT and corporate tax, and assist in tax planning strategies.
  • Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, addressing audit findings promptly.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights for decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks facing the organization.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for business operations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial information and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to finance teams, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 3 years of UAE Chartered Accountant Firm experience is mandatory.
  • Experience with GCC Taxation, Financial Analysis, Audit, and Cash Flow Management.
