Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring for a qualified CA for our customer which is a niche Oracle EPM Consulting Company in Dubai.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at a niche EPM consulting company, located in UAE
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, implementing financial technology solutions in the enterprise performance management (EPM) domain and providing quality insights to improve financial processes.
Effective communication and analytical skills will be essential in this role.
Technology training will be provided - previous experience with Oracle EPM or other analytics or future-tech will be added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong Understanding of Accounting Principles, IFRS, financial consolidations, corporate tax, CbC, Pillar Two, Costing and allocation techniques etc.
Candidates should be very good at understanding (and creating) financial statements such as Profit and loss statements, cash flows, balance sheets and have hands on experience in reporting.
Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Communication skills Experience in analysing business processes and gathering business requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with different stakeholders Experience with financial systems and technologies is a plus Strong inclination for consulting, analytics and technology Self starter and career focussed
Education Qualification
Chartered Accountant May/November 2025/2024 pass-outs only/1-2 years experienced CA
