Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and create unique recipes that align with the restaurant’s culinary vision and seasonal offerings.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring each plate meets high standards of quality and aesthetics.
- Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in upscale dining.
- Proven track record of menu development and execution, showcasing creativity and technical skills.
- Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe, are essential for compliance.
