Job Description
As part of the development of its activities and the strengthening of its teams, the Mvenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech is recruiting a Levantine Chef.
Main missions
- To design, develop and promote a menu representative of Levantine cuisines, while respecting the hotel's quality standards.
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency, authenticity and culinary excellence.
- To supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team, developing their technical skills and team spirit.
- Ensure the rigorous application of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards (HACCP).
- Managing supplies, stocks and cost control.
- Participate in the development of special offers, banquets and themed events.
- Collaborate closely with the F&B management, the catering department and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance and contribute to achieving financial objectives.
- to be a driving force for culinary innovation and process optimization.
Search profile
- Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent training.
- Significant experience as a Chef or Sous-Chef in a recognized Levantine or Mediterranean restaurant, ideally in international hospitality.
- My in-depth mastery of the techniques, recipes and flavors of Levantine cuisine.
- Ability to manage a brigade and work in a demanding environment.
- Solid knowledge of cost management, menu planning and production organization.
- Sense of leadership, spirit of innovation, creativity and passion for the profession.
- Good communication skills, fluency in French and English (any other language is an asset).
