Chef de Cuisine Levantine

Job Description

As part of the development of its activities and the strengthening of its teams, the Mvenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech is recruiting a Levantine Chef.

Main missions

  • To design, develop and promote a menu representative of Levantine cuisines, while respecting the hotel's quality standards.
  • Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency, authenticity and culinary excellence.
  • To supervise, train and motivate the kitchen team, developing their technical skills and team spirit.
  • Ensure the rigorous application of hygiene, food safety and cleanliness standards (HACCP).
  • Managing supplies, stocks and cost control.
  • Participate in the development of special offers, banquets and themed events.
  • Collaborate closely with the F&B management, the catering department and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance and contribute to achieving financial objectives.
  • to be a driving force for culinary innovation and process optimization.

Search profile

  • Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent training.
  • Significant experience as a Chef or Sous-Chef in a recognized Levantine or Mediterranean restaurant, ideally in international hospitality.
  • My in-depth mastery of the techniques, recipes and flavors of Levantine cuisine.
  • Ability to manage a brigade and work in a demanding environment.
  • Solid knowledge of cost management, menu planning and production organization.
  • Sense of leadership, spirit of innovation, creativity and passion for the profession.
  • Good communication skills, fluency in French and English (any other language is an asset).
