Roles & Responsibilities

Description
The Chef De Partie is responsible for:
Preparing all food products in all kitchen sections and making them ready for in-house service or dispatching to delivery
Prepare high-quality, consistent food following recipes and standards.
Complete prep and station duties efficiently.
Support smooth food flow from prep to service.
Work as part of a team to ensure timely production.
Help verify the quality and accuracy of received products.
Maintain clean workstations, equipment, and follow cleaning schedules.
Ensure all utensils, equipment, and areas meet sanitation standards.
Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Senior CDP on new ideas and improvements.
Continuously develop skills and knowledge.
Perform additional duties as required.
Qualification
Understands oral and written instructions in English
Handles multiple priorities and works under stress
Maintains all international standards of health guidelines for food preparation and safety
Passes all required job-related tests
Ability to perform manual labor
Experience
Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience, at least 1 year as Demi Chef De Partie
