Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare authentic Sindhi dishes such as Sai Bhaji, Daal Pakwan, Theri, and Mettha Chawal
  • Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards
  • Handle mise en place and kitchen prep efficiently
  • Support daily kitchen operations and smooth service
  • Maintain stock control and minimize wastage
  • Follow SOPs, recipes, and presentation standards
  • Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Experience in Sindhi cuisine is mandatory
  • Hands-on expertise in traditional Sindhi dishes
  • Experience in Indian / regional cuisine restaurants preferred
  • Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
  • Suitable for Commi I to DCDP level chefs
