Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Sindhi dishes such as Sai Bhaji, Daal Pakwan, Theri, and Mettha Chawal
- Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards
- Handle mise en place and kitchen prep efficiently
- Support daily kitchen operations and smooth service
- Maintain stock control and minimize wastage
- Follow SOPs, recipes, and presentation standards
- Coordinate with senior chefs and kitchen team
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Experience in Sindhi cuisine is mandatory
- Hands-on expertise in traditional Sindhi dishes
- Experience in Indian / regional cuisine restaurants preferred
- Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen
- Suitable for Commi I to DCDP level chefs
