Joint Space | Manual Therapy Center � Location: Dubai, UAE � Income: from 7,000 AED/month � Schedule: 4/3 (or individually) � Experience: Work in dentistry/medicine � Payments: Twice a month About us: Joint Space is a manual therapy center where health and body harmony are paramount. We help our clients restore their physical fitness and achieve balance. Responsibilities: - Working with clients: meeting, accompanying, and advising on services, assisting in the selection of procedures, upselling, and rebooking. - Coordination: maintaining therapists' schedules and monitoring office workload. - Cashier and reporting: accepting payments, closing shifts, maintaining reports. - CRM and order: working with Yclients/Altegio, amoCRM/kommoCRM, maintaining order at the reception and in the waiting area. The following would be an advantage: - At least 1 year of experience as an administrator/manager in the healthcare or manual therapy sector. - Confident spoken English (B2+). - Sales and objection handling skills. - Knowledge of CRM systems (amoCRM/kommoCRM, Yclients/Altegio). - Punctuality and competent speech. - Experience in medicine is an additional advantage.
