Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We’re seeking a Client Services Executive to support and grow our client relationships while managing the end-to-end delivery of market research projects. This role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience in research or consultancy, who thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment and has a passion for both project coordination and insight development. Key responsibilities include:
- Client Relationship Management
- Research Management
- Data Analysis & Insight Development
Ideal candidates should have the following:
Experience: 2–3 years in client servicing, market research, or project management.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools such as SPSS or survey platforms; basic statistical understanding.
Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Fluent in English; strong written and verbal skills. Arabic is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
