Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website

Explain products, pricing, delivery timelines, and company policies clearly

Resolve complaints using logic and policy, not emotion

Persuade customers toward correct solutions (replacement, reschedule, upgrade)

Maintain professional communication at all times

Process and track customer orders end-to-end

Coordinate with warehouse, delivery teams, and vendors

Ensure accurate quotations, invoices, and order confirmations

Follow up on pending actions until closure—no loose ends

Maintain accurate internal records and CRM updates

Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required)

Ability to handle pressure, complaints, and multitasking

High attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, email, and spreadsheets
