As the driving force behind our organization's most valuable asset our people you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and aligning our workforce with our business goals.Develop and implement comprehensive People & Culture strategies that support our organization's mission and valuesLead full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talentDesign and oversee employee development programs, including training initiatives and career progression plansManage performance evaluation processes, promoting a culture of continuous feedback and growthCollaborate with leadership to address workforce planning needs and optimize organizational structureChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organizationEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop and maintain People & Culture policies, procedures, and best practicesOversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigationsImplement and manage employee engagement and recognition programsAnalyze People & Culture metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-makingManage the People & Culture budget and resources effectivelyDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws and company standardsLead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with our organizational cultureDesign and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new hiresEstablish and manage performance management systems and employee engagement initiativesPartner with leadership to design organizational structure and succession plansOversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, and benefits administrationDrive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organizationFacilitate continuous learning and professional development opportunities for all employeesFacilitate training and coach the teamCollaborate with facilities management to ensure a safe and comfortable work environmentChampion the company's culture and values, ensuring all people practices reinforce our brand promiseAnalyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-makingStay current with HR trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance employee experienceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational corporate settingStrong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policiesProficiency in HR information systems and analytics toolsDemonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance managementExperience in managing diversity and inclusion initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAdditional InformationStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesPrevious experience in shisha lounge is an assetFluency in English , additional languages are a plus
