Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on CNC machines, minimizing downtime through swift problem-solving.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including lubrication, component replacement, and system checks, to ensure optimal machine performance and longevity.
- Conduct precision alignment and calibration of CNC machine components, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to tight tolerances during manufacturing.
- Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to identify and repair machine faults, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical documentation.
- Inspect and maintain CNC machine tooling, including tool holders, inserts, and related accessories, to uphold machining quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize machine performance, offering technical expertise to improve production processes and throughput.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference and analysis.
- Stay current with the latest CNC machine technologies and repair techniques, continuously enhancing your skills through training and self-study.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines while working on machinery, prioritizing a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and emergencies, providing effective solutions to minimize production interruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
The Candidate should be available locally in Jubail to attend the interview in person
Exhibit a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machine repair and maintenance, highlighting practical expertise.
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics, enabling effective troubleshooting and repair.
Possess a strong understanding of various CNC machine brands (e.g., Haas, Fanuc, Mazak), showcasing familiarity with industry-standard equipment.
Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling effective diagnosis and resolution of complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring precise repairs and maintenance.
Possess the physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy machine components and tools, ensuring the ability to perform required tasks.
