Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans that align with the organization's goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, enabling data-driven decision-making and tactical adjustments.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers, focusing on favorable terms that enhance profitability and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and marketing, to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in civil.
A minimum of 14 years of experience in commercial management in Highrise and Contracting Construction
Professional certifications or similar credentials are advantageous.
Experience in sectors like construction, manufacturing, or technology is preferred to understand specific market dynamics.
