Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
- Handle claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying,
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in commercial management within construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred).
- Experience in cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in UAE/GCC construction projects.
- Professional certifications (MRICS, PMP, or equivalent) are a plus.
