Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking dishes from multiple international cuisines.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Support Head Chef / CDP in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and portioning of international dishes.
- Assist in ingredient storage and stock rotation.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in International Cuisine in India.
- Ability to converse in English.
