Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and cooking dishes from multiple international cuisines.

  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Support Head Chef / CDP in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and portioning of international dishes.
  • Assist in ingredient storage and stock rotation.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in International Cuisine in India.
  • Ability to converse in English.
