Fantastic views and thoughtfully selected furnishings create an experience of unparalleled style and comfort.As Commis 1 - Baker we rely on you to: Assist in the daily operation / production for the Bakery and Pastry section Maintain high standards of food preparation and service along with the existing standards Reflect the Shangri-La philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to our customers Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and menu contents Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel We Are Looking For Someone Who Has Diploma / certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred Has experience working in a Bakery / Pastry section in a restaurant or a 5* hotel Has passion for Food & Beverage, creative with attention to details Communicates with fluency in English (and local language) Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
