About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commis 1 to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong basic culinary skills and experience in preparing hot and cold dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs in daily food preparation and cooking
Handle a specific section (hot/cold) under the guidance of senior chefs
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Assist in inventory checks and proper storage of ingredients

Requirements:

At least two years experience working in the kitchen of a premium F&B establishment in the UAE.
Basic culinary training or certificate preferred
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Excellent work attitude.
Experience following brand standards and SOPs.
