Roles & Responsibilities
Assist and preparing ingredients and cooking food items according to the recipe and standard to deliver quality of food.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard in the kitchen
- Support the team during busy period and ensure timely service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in past-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
- Basic Culinary skills / good hygiene knowledge
- Knowledge on Chinese, Asian and Thai Cuisines
