Roles & Responsibilities

Assist and preparing ingredients and cooking food items according to the recipe and standard to deliver quality of food.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standard in the kitchen
  • Support the team during busy period and ensure timely service
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in past-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
  • 1 year work experience as Commis Chef or 2 years as Apprentice in a hotel or restaurant with good standards
